Evan though none of these cousins got to play on the same team they had FUN!

Another season, another leaning experience, running up and down the court, scoring in the wrong basket, defence and trying to dribble the ball. These were just a few of the fun times and learning experiences we had with mason this season of basketball. Not sure if the high light each week was practice, the games, seeing old friends or the treat (weither it be at 8am or 2pm) after each game!

All in all mason really came a long way...we got to the point when he thought that he had to be the first and fasted one down to other end of the court. It was a little bit of a challenge to explain that its good to be a fast runner and to be quiet but it's most important to stay under the hoop and try to get the rebound! We had to come up with a few bargains for the little guy! I sure withed we would have started them a little earlier on in the season though. We told Mason that if he would just try to shoot the ball we would get him a toy from the dollar store and if he made a basket then he could go to wal-mart and buy a better toy!

Each and every game we would see improvement but still waiting for him to show us what he really is made of! We love you mason and you still have a lot of learning to go with this game but keep your head up, listen to your couches and you'll get the hang of it!
