My Crew...What a day!

After a long hard day with the kids and Dustin working many long hours I think to myself was that day something to write home about??!?? I don't know...many time outs, potty breaks, finding cereal ground into the floor, losing toys over the balcony and having to call dad to save the day, kids not eating and yelling and fighting and many I'm board...can I play the computer and can we watch a movie(no you have already watched 4). Did I mention Ryya getting out of the pack in play and throwing things into the toilet. Them asking so many times when is dad going to be home, finally getting them all down for a nap and crashing with them do i finally get some relaxing time. I took them out to fly kites and was that an experience...getting them all tangled up and not knowing how to make it work....I think that I'll let dad take them from now on. So I thought....talking to my mom on the phone for a short while after they were all in bed would be nice. Then finding Mason and Chloe in the hallway having a hard time falling asleep. Well that's what I get for having them take a nap in the first place. They came up with some good ones! We are scared and you know me I DIDN'T buy it! I marched them back to bed for the 5th time...Now it's 11pm and I was looking through some pic's of my kids and think oh what was I thinking....I do love every moment of it and think i really wouldn't want it any other way! What a blessing they truly are and how blessed I am to have such a wild bunch!! :)

Our Road Trip...

Ok I know that i haven't been on here for a while due to us traveling to Utah to see many family members and friends that we hadn't seen for a long time. It seems when we get to go to Utah we always have such a busy schedule that we don't get to see everyone! I got to spend time with family in St. George first and my kids got to see lots of cousins. We stayed with Adam and Wendy Norton. Our kids had so much fun together that we just might do that again! Thanks again Adam and Wendy for putting up w/ me and my four kids! We got to see great Grandma & Pa Bluemel and it had been a while! Grandma and Grandpa Ashton and even stayed with Grandma & Pa Fluharty. We stoped at Hover dam and Mason and Chloe thought it was pretty cool. We went to Dustin's cousins wedding in St. George and and then to a family breakfast the next morning. After St. George we drove up to Provo and stayed with my parents and got to see my little brother, went up Provo Canyon. We also got to stop in on a few good friends. Heidi Casale and Cami Tippets. Both of there kids seem to have grown so much. I can remember back just 6 years ago when all three of us were pregnant. Heidi with girls twins and Cami with little Crew. What fun so see how much they all have grown up. Sad to say that I have had three more science then. All in all we had fun catching up with everyone. Many late nights and good times. It was so bitter sweet to see everyone part of me wishes we could live closer but we are very happy here in AZ.

Mothers, Mommies and Moms

The past week was a little crazy with two babies born, My sister Amy Jo and my good friend Arianne Pearce. We started swim lessons and with the girls and it was an adventure. Dustin is still in CA and working hard. Here is a quick overview of what happened!
Monday: Got home from CA, Ryya had poopies on the garage floor(she thought she was going to make it...)
Tueday: Ryya and Chloe started swim lessons, school

Wednesday: Swim, took 7 kids to School science fair...little crazy! Arianne went to E.R. contractimg with baby Kyle. She did get some meds and had to stay over night and I had a her 3 kids over here. It was fun!
Thurday: Planning Arianne shower, Amy JO Emergency C-section 4pm fluild was at a 4 w/ 4 weeks to go, Samual was born. 6lbs. 4oz and 17 inches long. That night chloe and I both got sick!

Saturday: Had the shower... Felt so much better! Dustin came home for mothers day! Yahoo!

Sunday: Mothers Day...a day to rest!
Dustin was home with me and the kids and we took it easy! He made a yummy dinner and he even painted my toes for me! I told him what I wanted and this is what I got! I love them!! Thanks for the special day Honey! Monday: Arianne had her baby... Named him Kyle He weighed 6lbs 4oz. Both Leslie and I got to see her that night and hear all about him!! Way to go girls! You are both such strong momies I know you wont be in there for long!

Friday: Stayed home din't feel well, moved shower, sick kids, wanting Dustin to come home

Saturday: went to shower, got new running shoes :)Dustin came HOME for mothers day,and went to see Amy jo's baby.

Sunday: Dustin painted my toes for mothers day and hund my new mirror! Real deal is where it's at!! check it out!

It's a MONDAY!!

Well a few of you have been asking me hows it going being a single mom and well i wont lie...it's harder than i thought it would be! Not fun and I'm glad to see that there will be an end. This weekend we got to go and see Dustin in Riverside and spend some time w/ Daddy! They kids did seem to enjoy him and they really do miss having him around. They all did so well in the car thanks to leapsters and movies!! It is hard to go back to apt. life again. The first night we stayed we had the neighbors up at our door at 7:30am asking us in a nice way to keep it down. I would have to say that i didn't want to answer the door so i did make Dustin get out of bed to see who it was. Long story short it has been a learning curve for the kids. No running, dancing, Singing,Stomping,jumping on beds and furniture for them. You would think that we had never talked about these rules before but we have many times!! It's just somewhere new and they try to get away with what ever they can. We ran into some fun people at church and found out where they will be having play groups...we can't wait!! We spent time at the parks and just enjoying each other! I did find a couch on Craig's list that worked great for the apt. We headed home with out one stop! The kids did well once again! To top off my Monday i had told the kids to go get into the tub as i cleaned out the truck....a few mins later i had Mason up in the shower and the girls naked out in garage. To my surprise Ryya left me a little pile of poo on the garage floor. I did confront her about it and she just looked at my and said i sorry mommy :( The poor girl wants to be potty trained but i wont do it until we slow down and stop traveling this summer. Lets call it a day and hope that tomorrow is better!! Here is the kids being entertained w/ the laptop!
