Halloween 2010

Halloween 2010 was a great one! Mason made his own costume (luke sky walker), Chloe (Sassy witch princess) Ryya (Cinderella...for the 3rd year in a row) and Titan( TRANSFORMER). Mom( a prego Witch) and DAD( NOT so sure)...but he had large muscles and one NASTY LOOKING face mask. We ended up going to an adult party and wow he was the hit man!

We took the family to the ward Trunk-or-Treat, got too much candy and the kids were on a SUGAR HIGH for weeks! I let them only have a piece a day and it lasted way too long. A matter of fact we still had some the next July and just had to get rid of it!

22 weeks and counting...

It's true...I'm 22 week and litterly counting down the days till the heat goes away and we start fall...or what we call fall/winter here in AZ. The heat as been all time record highs this past week and even though i feel blessed to work indoors it seems to make me very tired after a 10 hr day at work.

For thoughs of you who don't know it's a GIRL! She is growing fast as i have really notices as I'm assisting at my dental office it's only getting harder to pass those darn intruments!

Hopes to this week that we"ll have cooler temps and I find the time to put my feet up!

Chloe's first yr in Soccer...

Well after a few years of my sweet little Chloe asking to start sports like her brother I decided to let her try! I proceed to ask her so why do you really want to play? To learn the sport? To be on the same team as friends? or do something more than just dance? She then tells me...MOM I want to have a snack after each game and to get a nice trophy like mason always does. It made me SMILE!

Well what ever your little heart desires sweet chloe, I'm willing to let you try...

My heart loves this game as I played growing up as a young girl too!

Much to my surprise she is a fighter, she tells me she is going to

out run the boys and she DOES! She is a natural athlete...wow

with little to none exposure she sure has her head on

straight and loves the game of SOCCER!

A day at the Lake...

The Dr.'s I work for decided to take our dental staff out on Lake Pleasant for a day. It was so much fun getting in the water, tubing, skiing, and just getting some good sun! No boyfriends, hubbies or what every else you call them... just the girls and the Dr.'s we spend so much time with! It's practically our family away from home. :)

I'm 5 months prego here and could only do a little tubing but my heart wanted to do it all!

All in all it was a great day at the lake, with a few minor injuries we all hope to do it again soon!

Awards at PEC

Chloe earned an award at school this year as the most trustworthy or "trustworthyness" one in her class. Her own class mates voted her in. It made her feel very special! We are so proud of her and her many decsions to Choose the right! The assembly was on my lunch our so I got to sneek in and watch her shine! Here are a few pic's for her day!

{Mason BIG Baptismal Day}

Mason you had been looking forward to this day for quiet some time. You had asked so many friends and family to come, even if they weren't LDS. It was pretty cute! It made me smile every time you'd talk about it, you even asked the lady checking us out at the store. You are already being a little missionary!

Both sets of grandparents got to come down and be a part of this bug day, i took you shopping for a new black suit, new shoes, and a special neck tie. Dad and mom got you a set of real leather scriptures with you name engraved on them.

* A fun story to share was when I was taking you in to see the bishop for you interview, you wore your sunday best(suit and tie) the bishop commented on how impressed he was with you and your sweet answers, you sat right up to his desk and answered ever last one of his questions! You had a good one for him too! " How do i get the Holy Ghost"? He helped you though a few more questions and then he said I know that you are making a good choice to be baptized!

Our 10 year anniversary...

A quick trip to vegas to relax and have some fun! We got in super late and decided to head to the stip to check out what was going on... After walking around and people watching(what dust likes doing the best) we saw way to much action for one night! The next day we slept in and headed to the pool to get some good sun! We did have to spot by a local wal-greens to pick up some 50 spf sunblock for dust and his white butt! Ha ha

We spent a few hours laying out, showered and hit up for a yummy dinner and a late night show of the the Blue man Group. It was different, with no talking, they made lots of noise, and laughter and some crazy entertainment for 60 bucks a person. We enjoyed pampering ourselves but just to say we did it and got a good feel for them. Now we can say we saw them and wont have to do that again! On saturday we had more pool time, shopped and came in early, had a pizza party and chocolate till it came out my ears, and had a great time!! (if you know what i mean). 10 years has slipped by us so fast and wow 4 and half kids later....can't wait to spend the rest of my life with him!! love you always and forever babe. XXOO

Family reunion 2010

Dustin and I...

We were up, the Dustin Ashton family, the planing, the scheduling, the games, food and entertainment...here we are yet another wonderful Ashton reunion. A cabin the fits many, 32 beds and 6 bathrooms and plenty of space for our growing family. We all took turns cooking meals and it really turned out nice! Thanks to everyone who helped out to make this a huge success!!!

The 31 grandkids...

Chloe's 6th b-day!

Here she is the big birthday girl...

This year she wanted to have a party at a local skate arena and take a few girlfriends. It was quiet the experience when they all struggled with it. This was the first time i had taken my kids roller skating and wow it was like having to teach them all how to walk again. Over all the girls had fun and to end the fun afternoon we stopped and got a little ice cream treat!

SHe had a great birthday and what a fun time the whole family had!
