At this time of year my heart is always full to the many men and women who fight hard for our freedom. It's even harder when we face the loss of someone we know. We have a few friends who have actually fought in Iraq and both dust and I love to sit down and just hear the stories of just how real it all is!! My heart is always grateful to to so many who serve our country!! I do love it when we all sing patriotic songs in church or hear them on the radio...

At this time of year my heart is always full to the many men and women who fight hard for our freedom. It's even harder when we face the loss of someone we know. We have a few friends who have actually fought in Iraq and both dust and I love to sit down and just hear the stories of just how real it all is!! My heart is always grateful to to so many who serve our country!! I do love it when we all sing patriotic songs in church or hear them on the radio...We had Dustin's parents down to help us celebrate the fourth. As well as my brother sterling. It was nice to have the company, I only say that because we rarely get any visitors here in AZ in summer time. They thought it was pretty hot but the night of the fourth was beautiful! We couldn't have asked for anything better.
A few of the high lights were getting all dressed up in our Americana outfits, spending much of the weekend with cousions, bbq's and enjoying each others company! thank you all for the visits and much apparition goes to my mother-law who helped so much out with all my little ones while I had to work....Grrr! The kids keep asking if grandma and grandpa are going to come back and stay with us...Awww! We sure do miss you already! We do wished we lived closer to family!
